We stay selective, and we're honestly not out to fill seats. We're looking for people with ambition. They want more than theory, they actually want to get inside real companies and see how different sectors work up close. People who think creatively, look past the obvious, and like having a project of their own on the go.
Insight, to us, is less an organisation than a small circle you can trust, a network of people who think differently and push each other to be better. That's why we stay selective: we're not counting members, we're looking for the right fit.
To start, send us a short motivation letter along with your transcript. Marks matter, but they don't decide it on their own. We look at the whole person, and we're just as drawn to someone who gets things done as to a strong set of results.
Next we sit down somewhere relaxed and simply talk, nothing rehearsed. We'll cover all sorts of ground and ask a few questions of our own, enough for both sides to get a genuine sense of each other.
Finally, bring an idea you'd genuinely like to try and walk us through it. It doesn't have to be big or polished. Often it's something you've wanted to attempt for ages but never quite dared or got round to. We're interested in how you think, not in a finished plan.
